    I'M on a 7 Day streak rn. I've begun to notice that music is sounding a lot better to me. Specifically it sounds a lot sweeter, and not as dull. Anyone experience this?

    I like hip hop and rap and i noticed how trashy it can be with all the drug talk and hoes. So it is worse for me lol

    I listen to music all day every day and I still can't get enough of it... i like to sing, dance a little and it makes me so happy... It only gets better the further into a steak I get... I really like indie, rock and metal music where you can really feel the emotion in the song... defo dopamine and after the almost 2 years of nofap, I hope this means my brain is getting to the point where I can finally change my dopamine fix to other sources... music and exercise are the same recently... can't get enough of either!
