Well Here I am

Hey Guys, i'm a male in my Early Twenties.
I first got introduced to porn when i was 10. Initially it was a big curiosity and i just found it fun. Later i experienced stimulation and well i've been hooked ever since.
I hate Porn, i always have, since i can remember. I don't feel good watching it. Especially since it goes against my religious beliefs.
I have quit for a couple years twice but i always end up relapsing.
I have been in a relationship with a girl whom i am now considering marrying. For about 2 months, just the thought of her allowed me to overcome the urge of Pornography. I thought i had conquered the addiction. But last week i relapsed. It was terrible, i feel terrible as i truly want to remain fully faithful to her. I love her, i want to get rid of this addiction for the both of us.
I want to just quit and not watch again, but i don't really no how. That's why i'm here i've tried on my own for years and never succeeded.
This previous week i watched for 3x. Always feeling miserable as i did so. But i know i can stop.

Thank you, my current strategies are to think about something else or try and get busy when i feel urged. They haven't been working very well though.
