Wet dream problems..

    Hi there!

    Today it was a really strange day, It was the first time when I remembered a wet dream.
    (I remember only < 1% of all dreams I have in total)

    I woke up today at 06:00 being half awake and I fell to sleep immediately, but I got a wet dream. Because I still was half awake, I tried to 'change' the dream as I do when I daydream, but it didn't work. I had real panic and I just got immersed in the dream and later I got an orgasm.

    I feel depressed and shitty as I do when I relapse. I can't decide if it counts as a relapse or not. I had many wet dreams before, but I didn't remember the dream, what I felt and the orgasm. I did know that I had a wet dreams, because my pants was wet on the morning, but I didn't felt depressed.

    I blame myself all day about this, but I fully understand that I didn't had any control on the dream.

    Does it count as relapse?
    Are there any tips/herbs/medicine that prevent wet dreams?

    No. It's a semi-lucid wet dream. I've also had those, they aren't under your control. Like other wet dreams, they're a natural part of the reboot process. However, you should learn to control your thoughts. It's hard, but with time it becomes almost natural.

    I dont think wet dreams are relapse. It's a natural process of human body. To minimize the possibility of you getting WD, maybe you should not think of things that turn you on before sleeping. Oh and try to pee before going to bed. Do not sleep on your belly. I read those things here.
