Wet dream

    Wow so during this night I was having a really strange dream and suddenly I woke up and I had ejaculated .
    I don't know how you guys usually feel after after this but right now to me it seems like all my progress just disappearead I feel anxious tired.
    The thing is that I didn't even have sexual thoughts during these days so this night was totally unexpected.

    How you usually deal with this and what are your suggestion to avoid it next time?

    Bumping this because I just had a somewhat disturbing dream and woke up realizing it had been a wet dream. I feel so weird right now, has this happened to anyone else?

    I had a weird dream this night to, and the same happened to me. I started again my days after 90 days (my third strike)...then i relapsed. The third strike (90 days) runs well to me and i didn't had a wet dream, just two severes flatline.
    Since i relapsed and started again on september 7 the last night i had the wet dream. The dream itself was a little bit crazy, high waves destroying a city in Japan and the buildings falling down..a random girl appears and guess what ? Ahahahah completely insane dream.

    A wet dream isn't a relapse. So no need to reset the counters. It's not O, not M and not P. Nothing to worry about.
