I know wet dreams are not relapses, but everytime i have one i try to remember if i could of stopped it. And i get worried and think that i could of stopped it and i was in control (even if i wasnt) i am on day 4 and had a wet dream this morning. Now i feel kinda worried, even though i really dont think i could of controlled it anyways. But idk im still worried so what do people think

As you say, wet dreams are not relapses, and you cannot stop them either. Relax. Press on to 7 days with no P, M or O.

I feel you, i have had the same feeling about this, like asking myself could i do something to prevent it, and how didn't i do something ? WD's are not cool thing at all, i hate having them, there must be a way they can be stopped, i have tried many different things, but i still get them, i even had one today. They make me confused and give me a little brain fog afterwards, and ruin my confidence and energy, and it has happened that they take away some benefits from me for day or two. They are not relapses, but they sometimes can verily feel like one.

  4. There is one technique that you guys can try that might help preventing WDs. Or at least make them happen less often - http://www.nofap.com/forum/index.ph...ed-erections-blue-balls-and-wet-dreams.54030/ There are some other techniques as well that I remember reading about somewhere. I'm sure you could find them in google.

Anyhow, even if they can be prevented it still should not be about that. It should be about staying away from CONSCIOUS watching of porn, masturbation and orgasm. Cos that is the problem. Why focus on something that is not even a problem? Or I guess at least it shouldn't be. I guess you can make it on if you feel like it. But the body does what it does need to do to keep you healthy. It's maintenance. That's all.

    I wouldn't worry.
For me wet dreams are an unconscious form of release that can however be prevented using the technique @Shugi Shugi has linked you, and it works wonders for those who hate waking up with a sticky stain on your boxers. I remember also replying to that thread saying that I found the breathing technique confusing - It took me awhile to master it. But like I said, there is nothing wrong with having a wet dream.

Other than that, keep in mind that your body and mind will adjust over time. The days you used to have wet dreams, fantasizing, semen leakage will dissipate with little effort needed. Really it's just about staying the course and letting your brain and body heal itself on its own.

Does having a wet dream legit feel like a O similar to the one you get thru M? The wet dream I might have had probably wasn't a wet dream, the way people make it seem is as if you shoot your load like you were either M or having sexual intercourse and that has never happened for me.. I had an experience which I defined as a wet dream but it didn't feel like that, all I remember was waking up and seeing some wet patch and going to toilet. I think I was aware it was a dream moments before i woke out of my slumber. Weird.
