Hi community, I’ve been sleeping for 4 hrs in the last weeks, always wake up in the middle of the night, I never did in the past so it must be withdrawals induced I had a wet dream and I’m scared this will slow down my reboot and worsen my withdrawals, is this possible? I want to go hard mode so that I can recover asap and heal from withdrawals but these things don’t depend on me For those who already went through it, does sleep self regulate with time? Cause I don’t want to sleep in a debauched way forever (almost 4 months in my reboot, no relapses)
You cannot really control your withdrawals except for having other good and healthy habits. In my experience wet dreams only happen when the day was highly sexual. For example you were fantasizing a lot earlier that day or might be on many social media sites where you might have seen a lot of arousing content. Try to identify these behaviors. Of course this cozld also happen out of the blue. In this case just wait it out a couple of days - it will pass.
