Wet dreams and porn

Hey all,

I don't really blame myself for wet dreams and don't consider them relapses, that doesn't seem fair to my waking self who can't help having them. I consider them a healthy part of the healing process.

Most of my wet dreams have been about regular sex. Last night I had my fifth in total and it was strange and different. I started dreaming of relapsing, looking at porn and reminding myself that I shouldn't. The images of the porn were very vivid, as my wet dreams usually are. I kept wanting to look away. I woke up with a giant boner, took a pee, went to bed again and then had a wet dream about regular sex I think...

It made me realize how much years of porn has programmed me to fantasize about looking at sex. The vast majority of my sexuality has been fantasy. My mind is essentially trained at imagining myself having sex. Very weird.

Anyway, sixty days, going strong, feeling better than I've ever felt in life, frankly. Just wanted to share.
