    First time post...
It's now been about 4 months on hard mode. My success can be attributed to these things... First I pray the rosary every day asking the Virgin Mary to protect me from demons and lust. 2nd, I use this wonderful app called Covenant eyes. It reads your screens randomly every few minutes and sends your accountability partner a message if it detects you are watching overly sexualized women or enter any bad site. Basically it tells your partner if you cheated and he can then call you out and you can have a discussion around it.

Anyways, for the past 2-3 weeks, I've been having wet dreams almost every night, every 2nd night.... I'm 24 years old, that never happened in my whole life... Don't know what to do about it... Anyone struggled with this? What should I do?

My first thought is perhaps the brain rewiring is occuring during my sleep and for some reason it activates sexual pathways every night and I shouldn't worry about it...
2nd thought is maybe there are some exercises/practices some of you know I can do to prevent this from happening.

I actually went through something similar to this when I was a few months into quitting PMO. I don't know if it's particularly normal or if most guys experience this, but I certainly did. It went down in frequency over a few weeks. For a little while it was about every other night, then it was once every couple weeks for a few months, and now it's returned to the more normal once a month.
It's annoying, the cleanup sucks, and it can cause intrusive sexual thoughts, but your wet dreams aren't your fault and there's not a lot you can do other than wait it out.
    Good luck!
