Wet dreams everyday..

As you can read from title, I get wet dreams everyday especially when I'm on nofap.. My wet dreams are dreamless most of the times meaning when I wake up, I see my pants are wet but I don't remember any dream.. After waking up, I feel extremely fatigued and unmotivated.. Why are wet dreams giving me these kinds of symptoms and why are they occurring on a daily basis.. I don't even watch porn and think about sex.. Is there any way to stop it?? I'm so tired of it.. I feel like committing suicide!!

Be specific and don't exaggerate; do you have them every single day...for example 20 times in 20 days?

I have had 10 wet dreams in a 70 day streak and I thought that was a lot. It's your body adjusting to nofap in my opinion

Hey Raj, first take a step back and calm down. This is normal in a reboot. When you PMO your body creates more fluid to make up for the loss. So when you M a lot, your body makes more to make up for that. When you stop Ming your body is still making all the extra fluid and it has to get rid of it somehow. The way it does that is through wet dreams. I am sure you know some of this already. So this is normal. Now the question that @Chef Boy asked is a good one. Do you actually have a wet dream 20 out of 20 days or is it more like 10 out of 20 days? Eventually, this will stop. It may take some time and it is different for everyone. Remember to stay calm and take one day at a time. Be patient, this process can take months.

So the wet dreams are proof that your reboot is working. Keep up the great work. I hope this helps. Stay strong!

I'm on day 8 of nofap.. Since day 4, I have been having wet dreams every single day non stop.. Are they supposed to stop once my body completely adjusts to nofap??
And, why do I get tired and lethargic after wet dream??

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

Chef boy or others on the subject of wet dreams, I had my first one last night and am on 40 day streak. I am a complete novice in this area and sorry to laugh at your misfortune but you seem to be an expert in this area! Could you help me out on what to expect or any advice etc..

I think your body is working at expelling all that extra fluid and you may not be remembering your dreams but they could probably be causing you not to sleep as well. It is hard to say. Your body and mind is going through a change and that can be exhausting.

They will reduce and may stop altogether at some future time. The reason you have been feeling lethargic is because you get a mild chaser effect(*) following a wet dream. (*See check The Glossary^ for any abbreviations or unfamiliar terms).

So you were massively exaggerating. Out of my 10 wet dreams I had 3 in a row so 4 is relatively normal. Unless you have, like I said, 20 in 20 days or 10 in 10 days, I wouldn't worry.

There's no standard, frequency is different for everyone. Just brush it off and carry on when you get one

Don't worry about wet dreams . You can't really do something to prevent them anyways ( assuming you don't watch x-rated pics of movies even without fapping ) . Like some posters said , it might be you body adjusting.

At one point of time Me myself had gone through this stage, even consulted a physician but apart from getting better it seems to get stucked at the same point. See wet dreams are normal they say and yes its true but at some point I had excess Wet Dreams, so got frustated and took those steps.

Believe me fussing over this will only make your situation WORSE. The doctor also told me that if you stress this Wet Dream part your problem will not get solved. See when you are rebooting your brain plays a tricky part mine opinion is Wet Dream is aprt of that too. Give time it will get healed itself your brain will heal this, you just have to give time. Another thing when you are going to sleep try to get rid of WET DREAM these words from your brain as it may/will result in wet dream. So don't get stressed over this.

Keep Up your journey, these are just stumbles so treat it accordingly. I know that there is a huge difference between Saying and Doing, but believe me this is a minor stumble that will heal itself. Just try not to give extra attention to this.

I agree.

I don't know how to say this, because my english is bad, but in my religion's sunnah (it's like a tips for living in islam, i think) when you sleep, put your body facing right. face up is still okay, but do not face down, it has a higher percent to make you dream wet. I think you understand my meaning, again sorry my english is bad :)

Man I know, fretting won't help and will make things even worse but I'm totally fed up at the moment. Because every time I attempt nofap, I end up having wet dreams non stop. I wouldn't worry if I didn't experience symptoms like fatigue, palpitation etc from wet dreams. I still can't figure out why this happens even after enormous amount of research. Till now, I have failed every time I tried abstinence. The highest record I made was of 20 days and I remember at that time, I was having wet dreams back to back every single day and the symptoms just went haywire.

To be honest I didn't know the fact that it's normal and a part of reboot process. That's a new discovery for me. Well this time, I will abstain as long as possible no matter how I feel. Let's see how it goes. I'm on day 8 already.

Thanks for the replies!! Cheers!! :)
