Wet dreams or relapse confused.

I don't think it's a relapse. I get aroused too when I read triggering stuffs here, I guess it's unavoidable.

 

A wet dream is not a relapse, but you may want to be more careful about what you read and watch while you are awake.
Writing our histories often helps us to process, and feedback can help even more, but what we write can trigger others. So, we try to be careful with what we write and with what we read.

 

Beware of the Chaser effect (sexual arousal after a recent O). That's always my biggest concern after a WD. But no, not a relapse.

Same cuz I was addicted to porn literature too. Does it mean I get to read something arousing it's a reset for me. It would be unfair.
