    Hey..
    I m on 35th day of NoFap..on my 30th day i experienced a wet dream..there after two more wet dreams ...each at one day gap ...
    All wet dreams happened without erection...
    Is it normal .. should i worry...have anyone experienced same...
    Here i must tell about myself that i was an habitual faper and porn addict doing these things from my early age (when i was about 11 years age). .

    I'm waking up with damp underwear but I don't feel I had a wet dream as well. I think leakage is normal to a point.
