So I had one last night. Does it count as a relapse?

Sounds good , cuz I was worried. It happened out of nowhere and I was like oh no... But I heard it happens when you abstain from porn and masturbation. And I'm pressing on but obviously my flesh is so accustomed to it

  6. As long as you didn't make a conscious effort to have the wet dream, then it couldn't be considered a relapse.

So I had another one last night, except this time I had zero recollection of even having a dream, just woke up with a mess underneath. I guess it happens automatically too.

  8. I had a dream my man was cheating on me. I woke up mad. It wasn’t his fault he didn’t do anything. How silly of me to be angry.

You had a sexy dream. You woke up wet. It wasn’t your fault. How silly to think it was.

True but I didn’t have a dream. Just woke up wet.

  10. Some old people shit the bed. Still not their fault. Their body just doesn’t work the same
What I’m saying is you didn’t watch porn, you didn’t purposely fantasize, you are fine. This is not a relapse
