Wet dreams

They are killing me. It always destroy me that i think always what is the point of everything. Had wet dream and i sleep all day it drains me. It is like i pmo,acne comes back ,tired whole day. I hate this addiction, does Alcoholic have this problem? While he sleep someone put alcohol in his mouth? Lol nobody have this, they are lucky. I hate it, not about chaser efect but tiredness i hate it.
