Hi, I just had a question relating to wet dreams. I tend to have them fairly regularly whenever I go on a streak of no PMO. I know many consider them not to count as a relapse as you’re not in control, but I have also been having a different kind of experience with this lately. There have been a couple of times whereby I’ve not been fully asleep and fantasising, to the point of ejaculation. During this period, I’m not touching myself at all but I am able to orgasm while still being aware of what’s going on (unlike in a wet dream where you may wake up and it’s already happened). Would this count as a relapse as I’m aware of what’s happening and am still awake after O. Just on this point, does anyone have any tips of how to avoid having so many wet dreams? One of my worst nightmares would be if I’m staying at a friends’ house or relative on a long streak and it happens. It wouldn’t exactly be an ideal situation.
No, lucid dreaming doesn't count either, so long as you are not purposely planning and preparing for such dreams before you go to sleep, as some are known to do, wasting much healthy energy on an unhealthy preoccupation. Anything that happens naturally and involuntarily, even if you have semi-awareness but where you are still anesthetized by some sleep, is not a bad thing - it actually is good - it naturally cleanses male biological functioning, and the brain is rewiring in its store of erotic images, filing them, riding them, or associating them with nonvoluntarily behaviors as opposed to addictive associative behaviors. That's what rewiring is, even and especially in dreamwork. Also, don't try to suppress wet dreams, however many. You are just squashing/suppressing natural energy/functioning down inside in unnatural ways, which may eventually burst out in undesirable behaviors one day. Your male body and mind know how to take care of themselves without your help or interference. So, don't interfere; just don't dwell on the dreams afterward. Like most dreams, they drift off into forgetfulness and an excited male body eventually subsides. There's no threat or damage done - but just real healing and balancing of your body and mind, as I mentioned.
I think that Lucid Dreams does count, but it depends on the level of lucidity. If you are fully lucid and you transform the dream into a pornographic one with sex, then it's the same as to browse porn on the Internet and faping. But if it's a semi lucid where you don't have full control, then it doesn't matter.
Sometimes I used to wake up during M while having wet dream and semi-consciously I've had an O. If you want that completely pure, out of fantasies and bad thoughts streak(what is utopia) then I would count that as relapse. But if you treat your streak as only part of journey and you focus on long-term goals and you want to part from PMO for good then it doesn't matter.
No it is not! Nothing wrong here so no relapse. Relapse is seeking porn and/or masturbating to it. That's all.... Don't make this nofap lifestyle too complex. You're fine.
This has been happening a lot lately, to the point where I think it may count as relapsing. I am essentially thinking about past sexual encounters while in bed at night, but while I am essentially awake and not dreaming. I don’t touch myself during this but I am aware of the O occurring and am trying to make it happen as I near climaxing by moving my body in a way that mimics having sex. It’s different to a wet dream, where I have woken up to find that the next day or in the middle of the night where it has been out of my control. This is the first time I have started doing this and I think it may be best to stop as I am technically in control of what’s going on and it’s simply fantasying.
Learn to read 1st, than comment maybe? "I’ve not been fully asleep and fantasising, to the point of ejaculation. During this period, I’m not touching myself at all but I am able to orgasm while still being aware of what’s going on"
Np lying in bed, fantasizing about puzzy to the point of having orgasm is mental masturbation, relapse and something u dont want to do. Its a neat feat tho not many ppl can do that, I could not no matter how long my streak was
It is very difficult but what you describe is active fantasizing which leads to dopamine releqse and which will slow down the reboot process
here you have everything that is common with your problem...... I can confirm that! everything we need is here on my post: Questions and Answers about Celibaty (Brachmacharya) and Sexual Transformation A: Wet dreams are a result of repressed sexuality in the waking state that manif est themselves in the dream state while asleep. Brahmacharya is attained through transmutation and channelization of the sexual energy. Repression and suppressi on will not help one achieve the state of purity but will only make the fluid es cape through wet dreams. While the energy loss in a wet dream is much less as compared to a voluntary eja culation, wet dreams still cause weakness and despair. The subject goes through the sexual act at the mind level. Continuous wet dreams can be debilitating and depressing. The way out is to ensure the prevention of the causes that lead to a wet dream. If a man wishes to be free from wet dreams, he should first begin with the preve ntion & formation and growth of sexually related thoughts and deeds. 1. The mind should first be trained to shun such thoughts right from the point t hey start to rake up their heads. Note the word 'shun' - In the current context it means immediately 'displace' these lustful thoughts with the opposite thought s of virtue, true love, compassion etc.. Wrestling with and suppressing these th oughts will not be of any use, they do not get displaced this way but only multi ply. 2. The mind is then loaded with constructive intellectual activity (it can be wo rk carried out honestly and committedly at the work place) so as to keep it busy and occupied. 3. The physical body is subjected to regular exercise to transform sexual underc urrents and energy into health and strength. 4. The mind is gradually resolved of its constant modifications/highs/lows by pe rforming God meditation on a daily basis with a pure mind and intent following w hich it becomes more tranquil and serene. With constant practice and perseverance the above technique slowly starts to bea r fruit and in a years time better progress and growth becomes evident. It is good that you are putting efforts in the practice of Brahmacharya. Keep up the efforts with sustained vigor and determination. As your thoughts become mor e and more pure with time by constant effort, wet dreams will also become less a nd less frequent and finally disappear. The key to success is an iron will and d etermination to keep the mind free from sexual thoughts. Constant prayer and God meditation to help one get free from the ravages of sexuality are also equally important. Trust this helps, God bless and have a nice day Dhananjay Свобода или смърт!
Sounds like spontaneous ejaculation. https://www.menshealthhandbook.org/spontaneous-ejaculation-1 It happens. A wet dream while you’re awake. No fapping involved. No chaser effect. I reset my counter anyway after a 60+ day streak, just to keep track of the last spontaneous ejaculation. But it’s up you on what your goals are. Hope that helps.
I made a course for guys like you. Soon I'll be charging for it because it contains information that took me years to uncover. One of my students stopped them and found his first gf. Another is now successfully selling clothing online. There are 4 main causes: certain foods, dirty energies, lustful thoughts, black magic
You're incorrect. One of my students never felt so joyous after 30 days of no wet dreams. It's an advantage that most guys don't have. Most guys have a creepy energy, most are unattractive, because of orgasms and drugs, being dirty basically.
Well, howdy! Aren't you the Nobel-Prize scientist basing conclusions on anecdotal babel from a student comprising an experimental group of one. Congrats, professor!
