    Hey y'all,

I know this question has probably been asked a thousand times already on this forum but I'm a newbie so bear with me.

I'm 11 days free and am a little paranoid about wet dreams. I haven't had them since the days before I started fapping. I honesty can't remember what they are like. My questions are-

-When should I expect them to start (how many days into my reboot)?
-With no external release (fapping or sex) do they ever go away?
-When they start up, how often can I expect to have them?
-Is my bed going to be soaked after having one- so much that I'll have to wash my sheets?
-Is there anything I can do to prevent them? Does sleeping on your back help at all?

Any info/personal incite is very much appreciated! Thanks in advance for all the help!!

Ive done the 90 hard mode and there is nothing to worry about. I didn't get any wet dreams some people get a couple. At a certain point during the 90 I really wanted to hump the mattress in my sleep. Staying on my side or back would prevent this just like stopping edging.

-When should I expect them to start (how many days into my reboot)?
This is different from one guy to the next - some guys may have them frequently; others, not that much. Where one is in recovery may have little to do with it and is not a predictor of if/when wet dreams will occur.
-With no external release (fapping or sex) do they ever go away?
Sex, fapping, or wet dreams are not the only means of release. Old sperm in the testicles can break down into base proteins and get reabsorbed into the body. Mature sperm that have left the testes into the ampulla (a waiting chamber) can sit there for 3 weeks or longer (remember: it's only developing sperm that need the cool environment of the descended testes, not mature sperm). Once in the ampulla, sperm/semen cannot travel backward to the testes: they get released through sex, fapping, wet dreams, leakage (as precum w/sexual excitement), or through the urethra during urination, incited from either bladder, bowel, or prostate pressures. Hence, wet dreams may occur when or if needed - it's normal male biology - not something that should "go away."
-When they start up, how often can I expect to have them?
Again, this is variable from guy to guy and how the body is or is not otherwise releasing and rejuvenating itself.
-Is my bed going to be soaked after having one- so much that I'll have to wash my sheets?
Wet dreams are usually not so extreme, but some stain can occur on bed sheets on occasion. One's sensibility of washing sheets is up to each one.
-Is there anything I can do to prevent them? Does sleeping on your back help at all?
You don't want to fight nature here and repress wet dreams. It would be like a woman feeling guilt about menstruation and wanting to stop her cycles - it's contrary to nature and can even be harmful. First, wet dreams have nothing to do with addiction - they are natural means that male biology uses to clean and rejuvenate itself. They are not orgasm on demand like PMO addiction is, wherein one is voluntarily and outside what is healthy for the body and mind, delving into dopamine-on-demand and the flooding of the brain for drug-dependent reasons. In addition, if we were to repress something as natural as wet dreams, we may be repressing normal activity that will just come out in some other destructive, unnatural means - like uncontrollable urges to PMO that we cannot stop, acting out in sexual destructive ways, depression, anxiety, or stress, etc. Fight addiction (like voluntary PMO), but don't fight nature (like wet dreams or any other involuntary means of release). When the natural means are working, that means you are healthy.

Ight i know everything about this.
So first of all wet dreams are random and it is not a relapse if thats what your worried about. Its natural. And i personally had my first wetdream about 30 days in but its different for everyone. My bed never got soaked i just had to change my clothes afterwards and take a cold shower so you dont have the urge to fap (you might be really horny after) now to prevent them? Sleep on your side and keep your legs like you riding a bike kinda, but have like one leg on top of another. Dont sleep on your back, thats when i always got wetdreams. Also empty your bladder completely before going to bed. This should help alot.
