    Hey guys,
    It's been 26 days since nofap and yesterday I saw porn yesterday and had wetdream. (I already had wetdream 2 weeks ago but I believe that was natural)
    Right now I feel so depressed and sad because I have been controlling urges for so long, now that have this wet dream it's really demotivating.
    What should I do? Is it considered 'relapse'?
