What a horrible monstrous days long relapse

    Hit the bottom again.

    Must have wasted about 15 hours this weekend. After being thoroughly pissed of at myself I've deleted several accounts that I've created over the weekend,and deleted all record of passwords and fake email addresses created for it.

    I started working up to the mega relapse three weeks ago. I got to 40 days not long ago, and spent 20 sliding further down.

    I will not do this again. Back on the wagon.

    Don’t be too hard on yourself man, we’ve all been there. The fact that you delete all those accounts is a great thing and the fact that you were able to get through a 40 day streak means you have the strength to do it again.
