So I need some help guys with PIED. In my journey of late my last streak I had 45 days. Hard to sustain but I made it. During my streak I had a sexual encounter with an escort. Within the 21 day mark I was noticing that I was able to get and keep a solid erection in that experience. During this attempt I had been working out heavily with cardio and calisthenics and noticed when that day came I was able to perform.

I eventually fell back into the cycle of looking at porn every so often and eventually stopped using it cause I knew this wasn’t helping.

The last time I used porn was about a week ago.

Since then I tried having sex with another escort and couldn’t get a solid boner about 30-50%.

I was wanting to know if I stop using porn all together and just masturbate to actual real life sex experiences I’ve had before will I still have PIED. I’m not sure if pure masturbation is the cause of ED or if it’s a combination of both porn and masturbation thx.

I’m really want to know is just plain masturbation 1-2 times a day going to keep me in my ED problems
