    I'm thinking about Investing Money and Energy toward making:

    Sleeping Challenge.

    According to me, In our life we need to think a lot and solve problems to do so we need to Sleep well, I'm thinking on making the best environment for a better sleep.

    For me personally, studying programming. The payoff is landing a job as a web developer and making good money doing something I'm enjoying. It's not really a nofap thing exactly, but nofap helps with having more energy to study, and more motivation to start working towards a life where I can actually socialize or get with a girl if I choose to, although I'm not really interested in any of that right now. Either way, that starts with actually becoming an adult and getting a job.
