    Hi i am new here and today is my first week i am PMO Free. I feel great and my conversations and confidence to talk with people has improved. But sometimes when my grandparents come to visit we have a lot of silence moments and dont know what to talk about, i want to talk with them but its like i dont know what topic or how to start a conversation. Do you know any advice you have from your situations like this ? please share :)

    Ask them about their past experiences and how things were back in the day. Listen and ask follow up questions on the things they talk about. Show interest and hopefully they'll open up a little.
