What Are the Rebooting November Rules?

    Hi! I'm Scartlet, and I'm new to this whole NoFap thing. I was recently told that November was known as NoFap November and that it's encouraged not to fap for all of November. I haven't masturbated since November started, but I was wondering if there were any specific rules to all of this. I know, obviously, that you cannot masturbate for all 30 days of November, but does that mean that you cannot watch porn either? I create compilations and music videos for a porn website, so if I participate in NoFap, will I not be able to do that? Will it be against the rules? I know that watching porn will increase the likelihood of me masturbating, but I wouldn't really be doing it out of pleasure, but more as a job. Let me know what you think! I'm quite interested in what you'll have to say :)

    Actually it is more like the other way around. No P, M is optional. However we are fighting for ourselves and if it's your job then you will have to bend that rule a little bit. It is your fight and you make your own rules.

    The rules are pretty much what you make them. Think of your end goal and what you want to accomplish and create your rules based from that. It may be a little more difficult from the job that you describe, but again it is what you want to make of it. Stay strong!
