What are the stages of rebooting

    I'm on day 26 currently and as I have failed time and time again I seem to spot regular occurences for example the first week is really hard then it gets easier and slowly I forget about it until at a time similar to this I end up really struggling and inevitably end up relapsing. I was hoping somebody could walk through how relapsing works or the stages as it would really help

    Good question, got me thinking about how there must be recognized stages of addiction recovery and it would be interesting to compare that with rebooting.

    I am around 25 day and since yesterday I am on flatline but before yesterday I had urges, random boners and more energy and self-confidence
    Flatline also started from 16 January to like 22. Monday was very cool, same Tuesday. A girl classmate speaker to me at Monday and I felt so good I can chat normally with girl like normal human.
    My flatline were there for a while then it went away for dew days and it came back again but I feel like its gonna be better tomorrow.

    Anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia, irritability, anger i felt it i survived it sucks, it's part of the healing, PMO is like a fresh wound, it burns, pain then it gets dry and rusty then it heals, just like a wound we have to survive the toughest to come to the easy,, what is the hardest part of you reboot?????

    What i have noticed, that after you went through all initial stages including the flat line, you are left with one big opponent: boredom. This is where your brain starts to look for porn, this is where the trigger chain begins and once it starts you need iron will power to stop it. You go from random wild thought to pictures from picture to another picture, then gifs.... Etc. and suddenly you watch hardcore porn relapsing. It may not answer the question about stages, but I guess at some point it is just all about keeping yourself occupied and at the same time finding new sources for your brain to generate "healthier dopamine" .

    Is there somewhere that breaks this down into say:
    day 1-5: ________
    week 2:_________
    day 20-30:_______
    I dont know but something like that would be nice in order to know what to expect...
