What are your one-word motivations to fap?

Wouldn't it be better to talk about one-word motivations to not masturbate?

 

What if we do both? Wouldn't that give us a nice contrast about what want and what we don't want.

One-word motivation to fap:
-Anxiety
-Depression (it's also a consequence, so it's a vicious cycle)
-Losing
-Solitude
-Awkwardness
-Pain
-Darkness

One-word motivation to nofap:
-Pureness
-Control
-Assertiveness
-Manhood
-Power
-Energy
-Direction
-Will
-Development
-Winning
-Growing

 

For me, I think the biggest one-word motivation I have to fap is "sadness". That's usually when it hits. I do it to avoid feeling sad. And like NotAfraid said, then it's a cycle that keeps going down, down, down.

My current one-word motivation for NoFap is "choice." It's my choice to go down that road. Or I can go down the road of actually embracing the sadness. The sadness will pass on it's own, naturally. But it's not immediate, so it's harder to make that choice. But so much good comes with making the right choice, it's just hard to see when I'm blinded by sadness.

 

The motivations listed above all have affected me. Sometimes regret or inferiority (when I allow it) can also trigger.
