Hello friends, I’m in week 2 of my Porn abstinence and i ask my self what do you expect?
Because of that my question:

What can I expect after 1Month of abstinence? What are my benefits after this amount of time?

Thank you for your help!

You can expect to be extremely horny after a 1 month abstinence.

This question is like asking how much weight you'll lose if you diet for 30 days.

As a very rough guide though:

Addiction level: Not addicted, just doing nofap as a challenge or for moral/religious reasons:
How you'll feel after 30 days: Exactly the same. I really hate these dumb articles you see now and then with a headline like "So I tried nofap for 30 days and this is what changed (nothing)". Yeah, no shit nothing changed if you didn't have a problem to begin with. If you have a real problem with PMO then nofap isn't just something you "try" and no one racks up a 30 day streak right off the bat if they're genuinely addicted.

Addiction level: Mild
How you'll feel after 30 days: You'll probably be feeling better - more energy, more confidence, hornier.

Addiction level: Moderate
How you'll feel after 30 days: In all likelihood you'll have hit the flatline by this point so unfortunately you'll feel worse than before you started but greater rewards are on their way, you just have to stick it out.

Addiction level: Severe
How you'll feel after 30 days: Just as shitty as you did 30 days ago. If you're a severe case then you don't even really start on day 1, you start from negative and need to go on a streak just to get to zero. On the plus side, when you do come out of the other side you are going to feel the biggest difference compared to those who haven't been damaged quite as badly.

Addiction level over 9000 (me 5 years ago after 20 years of addiction and being a 99% virgin)

After 20 days of no sleep, followed by 20 days of extreme horniness, you wake up with dead dick for another half a year. Little do u know at that point, u need many more years to heal.

Hmmmm. My physical addiction might be considered moderate at best, I struggle with urges but physically it definitely feels beatable. I'd like to think 30 days is reasonably attainable (This is my second go after one relapse) I'm not sure when I got into P but I know O didn't come along until 3-ish years ago, so not as long as most of you. Although once I got in I got in HARD. I'm Catholic and Autistic, so I had difficulty forming romantic relationships with them (aka impossible). I felt guilty about feeling attraction towards women, so I turned to fetish porn and went in with the full intent of re-wiring my brain. I think I succeeded far more in that regard that I realized much to my detriment.

The main brunt of my addiction seems to be psychological. My fetish is fantasy based. I didn't aspire to have sex with the characters on the screen, I wanted to BE them... and now that I've deprived myself of that I'm in a huge mental hole because I have to confront the ugly piece of garbage that is my real self... and it turns out I've completely let myself go over the past couple of years. I'm in college, and feel light years behind everyone else in talent, as well as work ethic (a victim of PMO). I have no passion for anything, and my creative drive revolved only around things that turned me on. I have no confidence in myself and my abilities, and used PMO to escape from that. I basically have to rebuild my life from the ground up and I've only got about a year before I hit the workforce in a highly competitive industry. Which stresses me out and brings the urge to relapse back.

How long does it take to start rebuilding your confidence? When do you start re-discovering other passions? Making friends again? Every day feels like a year and even 30 days feels like a century. I do have every confidence it will be worth it though!
