What can I tell my therapist about porn addiction and PIED?

I have gone a psychiatrist about 3 weeks ago. Today I have doctor's appointment by the way. In my past appointment, I told him about my porn use and my attemts to quit. He almost said that : '' Porn is harmless and it's about sexuality, it is Okay, it is not a problem.'' But he is a sexual therapist and I think, if I tell correctly about porn addiction he can understand me truly. In the last session he said me '' This is all about your religious family and environment you have shameful feelings because of that.'' I tried to tell him porn is addictive stuff and it is a real problem. But he prescribed me a Prozac.

Also I have read YBOP about educating your therapist. What can I do in this situation?

Porn is actually harmless, it only rewires your sexual life to a 2D screen which causes erectile dysfunction with real females, in addition if overused it can also lead to self isolation from the world, depression, loss of confidence, ruin lives and divorces..............nothing to worry about.

Any therapist who tells you what's wrong and what's right, run away screaming. If you don't agree with them and they act like they know better than you - They don't deserve your money.

In therapy, you yourself should be the one who comes up with the conclusions. All your therapists should do is guide you into a correct/different way of thinking. They should always use a form of communication that is a gentle and interested questioning, like "what makes you think so?" or "why do you think this has got anything to do with porn?".
Anyone who categorically tells you what is right and what is wrong, is a joker. You deserve better than that!

And anyone who prescribes prozac to normal clear thinking fellow like yourself is clearly not capable of helping you.

This is exactly right, Ive been going to therapy for months now and Ive never been told that I porn is okay or not or to be prescribed anything. The questions should always be talking about you, your mind and your feelings. Don’t be bullied under those circumstances!
