    Greetings all,

I was wondering what constitutes a successful reboot? Is it having wet dreams again? Or maybe it's a correction of any PIED issues? Would love to hear other nofappers thoughts on this.

    Thanks.

    What are your goals?

  3. More than purely abstaining. Replacement of negative habits with positive habits. Consistently.

Good question. First, to regain my sex drive. Secondly to clear up some PIED issues that have plagued me for year. The first's already been achieved after a few weeks of NoFap but I haven't had a chance to test the second.

    Isn't that a bit vague?

Then that is what Constitutes a Successful Reboot. When you reach your goals

Good point. I guess I was overthinking it.

    A successful reboot may be:
    1) when our consistent reaction to porn is disgust,
    2) when we have no more need of a porn blocker,
    3) when can enjoy beauty, as we see people as people,
    4) when we have introduced friends to NoFap,
    5) when we encourage fallen NoFappers to get up and finish clean with us,
    6) when we have real relationships with real people,
    7) when thinking of sexual activity with a person is enjoyable, not stressful,
    8) when we form an open health mutually fulfilling relationship with our mate,
    9) when we can get it up again and regularly satisfy our spouse,
    10) when we spend more time with real friends than with NoFappers,
    11) when those around us recognize our new being,
    12) when we are happy with who we now are,

    13) (What can you add?)

Like porn, success is hard to define, but easy to recognize.
Unlike porn, it is enjoyable and fulfilling for the long haul.
