803 days no 'P' ... or have I fucked up by checking out the odd Chive Post? I haven't 'M'd to it, just really admire pretty girls.

You're the only one who can say what it was, but me personally, I would definitely (at absolute minimum) say that it was definitely a mistake and a horrible decision. I know those old websites, photos, videos, or whatever, can end up to almost call our name out literally, but if we take this addiction, and more importantly, our fight against it seriously, we absolutely HAVE to avoid those things at any and all costs. We have enough temptations thrown at us without going looking for them!

I'm a movie buff, and I've gotten through several sex-scenes without relapsing. I got an erection for some of them, but I didn't M. I also though of NoFap consciously when watching them. I did have to stop a few movies, that were too overtly sexual (for a large majority of the screentime). I know movie sex scenes are unavoidable for me, so I am trying to habituate watching them without M. I don't consider a brief sex scene P, but it can be a trigger. I am not going to demonize them, because I have had plenty of natural sex with a partner, that was triggered by us both watching a sex-scene during a movie.

At the end of the day, you are the only judge of your behavior.

If anybody didn't know, IMDB has a "parents guide" on each movies page. You can view the content advisory, to see if there is anything too graphic, and make your choice from there. Just be careful, because sometimes there are spoilers.

So I'm trying to understand how movie sex scenes are unavoidable for you. Can you explain more about that?
