What do I do now?

    I lost and peeked at porn today but the feeling of me being a total LOSER was so strong it just turned me off and I closed the browser, didn't fap (atleast to the point of being in a stage close to ejaculation).

    So what now? Now I have a mind full of naked people and I know that if I do nothing about it then I'm 100% going to relapse tomorrow. I know a simple cold shower can help a little but I'm afraid it's not enough. Any ideas?

    Edging is even worse in a way, it's good that you pull yourself away, but perhaps it's a little bit too late.

    So what now? You start over and prepare your mentality better for next time, good luck with your journey.

    I have an idea for you, do exercise, keep yourself busy. Is like you are making an appointment for tomorrow to watch porn... seriously? Look, go step by step. Tomorrow is another day. I recommend you to focus on what you CAN do.

  5. When people don't give specific information, others can only give general non-specific answers.

    This is probably not going to be read by anyone who understands but ideally, I would ask when you last ate, when you slept, how much, what you ate, whether you take supplements, how much of each, medication, psychological profile and basically a big picture because it all matters. But repeatedly there are kind of "drive-by" posts like this where we really don't get to know the person posting in any details, so it makes sense generic stuff like cold showers would be mentioned, or just ideas that may or may not be most applicable to you.

    Stay offline is a pretty good idea, even if you fap then it would not be to porn - assuming you're not someone that saves content on the computer etc. Again that's more details we don't know from a short message.

    One thing that really helps me is to spend time wishing them good things. That usually opens up space for me to let go of what I'm holding onto about the trigger. I don't know if it works after actively watching, it's been a long time and I didn't really do these positive things back then
