Hello, I am working on addressing my bad habits / routines to help me build up defenses. I usually have the most struggles when I wake up in the middle of the night, or early in the morning. I just lay there and try to go back to sleep, I can just lay there for hours. I guess I should just get up and move around? I'm afraid that if I get up I won't be able to go back to sleep, but I usually am up for at least an hour before I go back to sleep anyway. This gets worse if I have been watching porn, because then it's almost like I wake myself up to have some time to watch when my wife is asleep. I am trying to create new neural pathways to avoid common patterns of behavior. Any suggestions?
