  1. What do you have for lunch, to help recover from a relapse and further maintain weeks off of PMO? A lunch after which you don't feel dizzy and can focus on things
    Something affordable everyday for a student, and no sugar nor fats that create urges

    Some people might find that habits like eating junk food can lead them to have low will power, which is essential to break free from PMO. Me personally, I like to avoid all this classic American junk food, just because of the sake of my health and because it makes me feel healthier and more in control of my will power.

    And about diets and recipes, I think you gotta find what works for you. I avoid carbs (though it's difficult), and try to eat lots of vegetables.
