What do you need to stop to get you closer to your goals?

    Procrastinating
    Facebook
    Youtube
    Tv
    Getting overwhelmed
    Getting depressed
    Making lists without clear priorities

    To get closer to my goals i need to stop:

    • Getting drunk on weekend
    • Playing video games during class
    • Finding excuses to avoid exercising
    • Drink sweet drinks
    • TV
    • Negative thoughts

  3. To get to my goal of a no PMO life I need to regularly visit this community and be active in it. I need to share what I feel about this struggle and help others in the process. If I can succeed and conquer, than I'm bringing other people with me to the top. Its not a choice any longer. Get used to me.

    I need to get out the house as soon as I wake up virtually
    Use my time wisely; for studying etc
    Exercise more often
    Eat healthier - bad food can make me feel tired and down
    Reflect on where I am in life and do something about it
    Think about others more

    The first two I will list are:

    1) Binging - it takes too long for me to figure out how to control my weight when I eat that much.
    2) Mindless internet browsing.

    When I get through those, I'll pick the next two weak points.

    I need to stop wasting my time on my laptop so much, which I'm kind of currently doing.
