What do you want more than porn?

It's easy to say why you shouldn't look at porn.
We're all experiencing the horrible effects that porn can have on our lives.

So how do we get through and fight the urge?
We find out what we want more than porn.

For me, I want a relationship and amazing sex! I want to be turned on by a human being laying next to me rather than a body on a computer screen.
It horrifies me when I think of the 15 years I wasted looking at porn. I can't get those years back but I can be damn sure that the next 15 years are completely different!

It's easy to say "its too hard".
It's easy to say "I can't help it".
While it maybe hard (or not in my case haha) you certainly do something about it!

Find out what you want to have in your life INSTEAD of porn.
Find out whats missing in your life.
Is it better sex? More hours spent with friends and family? A better relationship?
Whatever it is, hold on to it. I've also found that talking openly to close friends have helped me. Even if its 1 person, just them knowing that you're sometimes not okay can be a massive weight off.

I'm a 28yo gay man who suffers with PIED. I completed 90 days with zero porn an(and 45 days with zero orgasm) in Spring 2020 and saw great results regarding my PIED. But since Covid-19 I slipped back into old ways and found myself back here.
Onwards and upwards!
