What does P/ with no MO look like?

I have done this. At work, pull up Chrome incognito. Wouldn't MO, just browse around. It's still not good. It becomes honestly easier to look at then with MO because you don't have to plan around it. Just open incognito browse around for 5 minutes, or an hour. Time flies by. You get nothing accomplished. I felt like with the MO it would have "an end". But just browsing it was non stop. I wound up spending hours a day just browsing around. And it became a compulsion. No thought would go into it. I'd pull it up and watch. It was like I was a programmed robot. Then minute a little bit of resistance occurred in life, BAM I was browsing around. It got to be like I didn't even have a choice or a say in the matter.

And if I got interrupted I became just very ill. Like I was king of the world and someone would dare pop in and interrupt my "hobby". Yeah, it's not a good alternative. I believe with PMO the problem isn't really the MO, but the P itself.

 

Without M, P is boring.
Kept searching for more intense P!
Watching P, for hours, everyday.
No M. No O. Depressed.
