    Hi!
My only goal is to be able to cum during intercourse with my SO without thinking of porn. Therefore I decide to no longer O to P. But what does P all include?
If I masterbate to texts is that the same? Or how about memories of my SO?

  2. For me it would be anything that triggers that need.
As far as your SO, part of the goal is to have everything together. As a couple I am now where if these thoughts come up about her I share them with her.

I consider porn to be any visuals you are intentionally using for erotic stimulation, regardless of whether other people would consider it "porn". I don't know if I would include fantasy under the porn label, but it can definitely be problematic and lead to PMO or simply blue balls. The goal is to wire your brain to respond to a woman physically present with you. Jerking off to pictures, texts, memories, and fantasies of your SO isn't furthering progress to that goal.

Mmm let's put it this way.
If you have to ask to yourself if it's safe or not then it's porn.
    You can't go wrong
