Not necessarily, but if an alcoholic drinks one drink after being sober for 3 moths, would you think that it would increase his/hers possibility for returning to old habits?
In my opinion the whole point of doing NoFap is to get rid off porn and masturbation. If masturbation isn't a problem to you, you might have no reason at all to do NoFap in the first place. But if masturbation is a problem to you, why would you want to return to your old problematic behavior just as you've got rid of it?

Ofc one want won't send you back, but what's the point? Your brain will always try to trick you for porn induced dopamine surge, after 90 days of recovery, after 5 years, it'll still want that old good dopamine high.
You should not give it any of that, don't feed it. Go fuck someone, that'll be better than masturbation. Can't get laid? Chase it, make your sexual cravings work for you. Don't waste it, never!
