I was on my 18 day streak. I had completed hard mode once. But today I ejaculated sperm after peeing and I panicked. My body and my brain were responding the same way when I used to take medication for ADHD. I am worried about it. I am thinking of visiting a doctor

No dude had the same situation aswell: you just saw semen outside the usual area (masturbating on porn) and that freaked you out, freaked me out aswell. I ended up having crazy anxiety and couldnt sleep well for one week, but it got away. Stay strong!

You will release the semen through wet dreams whenever your body feels the need to do so, don't worry

(yes old thread but for new viewers)

  5. Thanks very useful information, out of curiosity since it's been 5 years, give or take, that this was posted, have there been any updates on those theories? Maybe now scientists and doctors managed to find some more answers? Anyway I might google it later, but since it appears that it isn't harmful to retain semen for long periods of time, I guess this pretty much answers ours "fears", I do undoubtedly feel much better without masturbating, sometimes I just considered that I had to.. And I do believe/feel that semen is a high source of energy that shouldn't be wasted. I'm guessing you didn't save the source of this article right, it would've been nice, but this will do. Cheers.

Good advice! I was at 500+ days and the thoughts of "Hmmm, I should probably masturbate just to make sure it's working well," combined with anxiety and depression brought me back into my old bad habits.

Edit: Hahaha just realized how old this is. Still true!
