I’m a 23 y/o female in a relationship and I recently watched porn for the first time since October 2016. It was...way to easy to gain access to it - first time I ever tried a direct porn site.

Anyway, I’m trying to stop...again... because I know this is worth fighting for. TO BE ABLE TO CONCENTRATE ON OTHER THINGS AND BE PRODUCTIVE AND NOT TO WANT SEX ALL THE TIME

    tips/replies/encouraging words please
    I would really appreciate

    We will overcome, guys!!

  2. I think a great tip that can help you out is to use a website blocker so it won't be easy to gain access to it. I recently had an addiction to solving sudoku puzzles. Like, seriously I'd spend hours solving different puzzles because I would get bored and I felt lazy to do anything better with my time. :emoji_joy: So I used a website blocker (I personally use Cold Turkey Blocker) and I blocked access to online sudoku websites. I chose to have it blocked for 3 months.

    You've got this!

Mindset. My wife deserve the best of me. Not all men can do this thing.
But still there is some sacrifice like insomnia, stress because my body need O.
Playing PS with my brother and study helps too. But, the motivation is lesser because of the stress.

Would recommend a recent thread i wrote about beating the urge.

otherwise I’d recommend establishing what your goal is, and keep it in front of you at all times and don’t let go of it. With it in hand you’ll never fail because it should mean so much to you.

my last advice is mindfulness meditation, has helped me to overcome all sorts of thinking patterns that weren’t/aren’t helpful, I used the headspace app.
