Hey beautiful people, I wish you a good 2020 year !

Last year, my best streak was 60 days. I have always failed to go beyond that streak many times.
I have noticed there are 5 things that were causing 95 % of my relapses :

    - Tinder and dating apps : I got very frustrated when I have no matches and when I see beautiful females on these apps. in 2020, I have decided to quit Tinder and all online dating. You can add social medias to that.

    - Skipping gym / working out for more than a week: For some reason, working out and going to the gym gave some sort of structure to my life. When I work out, my determination to not fapping is stringer. When I skip gym, I became sensitive to bad thoughts.

    - Social isolation: When I feel bad or depressed or stressed, I tend to isolate myself from people. That is another big source of triggers.

    - Stress at work : Obvious.

    - Not being busy with something: When I am not busy doing something of value, my relapses happens often during those periods.

These probably resonate with many on here... however, identifying triggers is key to success

The One about the gym is so true.
In the week when im up at 5.30, go to work and go to the gym after work, nofap is genuinely easy. I don't have the urge to even bother with pmo. The difficulty comes when i have no structure/too much free time and thats when i relapse.

Identifying and avoiding triggers makes nofap a lot easier and I've managed to get pmo down to about 2-3 times a month maximum for the last 5 months which in itself is a success for me.

But to fully quit i think i need to find a strong enough reason and be able to say no to the strongest urge. Once thats done then i will be able to surpass all urges i get.
