What if wife gives HJ

Ok, so this question may be awkward, but here goes. My wife and I have enjoyed a good sex life (at least until porn led to desensitization of my penis causing anorgasmia). Anyway, often times when we just want a quick release, she and I would "pleasure" each other. That basically involves me using a vibrator on her and her giving me a hand job. So here's the question. As you can read in my other posts, my addiction is mainly to pictures and videos of her. I have stopped now for 3 days looking at any pictures or videos that would be in the least way erotic or pornographic. However, today my wife woke up wanting a quick release and we did our routine which included her giving me a HJ. Obviously I looked at her (in the flesh, not a pic) while she did it. So will that interfere with my rebooting? I could feel some increased sensation when she did it, probably as a result of my efforts to reboot. But will allowing her to be part the experience still cause me not to reboot? Could use some serious thoughts on this.
