What Images, Videos, and Literature should I avoid during the reboot?

    Just as the title states What images, videos, and literature should I avoid during a reboot?
    Obviously any pornographic material but what else should I avoid? I have books on the art of sex such as the Kama Sutra among others, Some have graphic pictures while others do not.
    Should I avoid any type of picture with a scantily clad woman in it or what? How strict do I need to get in order to see the most out of this challenge?

    Avoid everything that triggers you or gets you aroused. Be very strict with it, otherwise you will relapse. And avoid looking at facebook galleries of you female facebook friends.
