What is allen carr's method to quit addiction ?
Why is it regarded as the only method to quit addictions that works.
Is there no use of will power using his method and no withdrawl symptoms in his method ?
Can you suggest me any book to overcome porn addiction using Allen Carr's method.
Also tell me your experience using his method. Is it really that effective ?
 
I have used Allen Carrs or similar approach and it has really really worked for me, for me anything I avoid becomes more forbidden and hence more desireable. When I used to fight urges the stress of fighting it would eventually lead to a relapse. It really works for me the most this approach!!
 
I used his audio book 23-25 years ago for cigarettes and it was one of my best successes. I used it for booze along with others and that helped loads too. Basically it’s the realisation that it’s not doing anything for you. and that the withdrawals are only created with the substance or behaviour
