    I'm sorry if I sound dumb but I just joined 2 days ago and I wanted to know the difficulties for accomplishing against PMO. In what ways is Hard Mode different from Easy Mode? If anyone out there is kind to tell me, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Maroon, go to nofap.com Under the "nofap terminology" section you will find definitions for a lot of the phrases we use here, including hard mode.
