    I heard a lot about it and I have a little idea that it means looking at no bikini clad women or any sexually suggestive girl which might incite to relapse?

    Hard mode means that you will not have real sex, some gusy just commit not to watch porn and masturbate, but they still have sex.
    Alex and Mark recommend to go hard mode for the first 90 days, to speed your rebooting, but it works different with every one.
    In my case, I had sex with my wife for the first month of rebooting, otherwise I could not have resist the urge to Fap

    Thanks, I thought that it meant not looking at bikini clad women or something like that to resist our urge.
