    Hello,

    Here is my list:

    - reading this site,

    - having accountability partner,

    - talking to somebody (call, meeting) when there is a temptation to escape to destructive behaviour like porn or masturbation, usually in my case when being angry, rejected or feeling lonely,

    - in general, building relationship with other people, for years addictions caused isolation in my life,

    - rest,

    - enough sleep,

    - physical exercises,

    - walks,

    - discovering new hobbies,

    - using computer for study/work mainly,

    - going to bed at the same time as spouse,

    - redirecting thoughts, like turning off computer and start reading a book,

    - prayer to Christ and reading a Bible.

Having a planned schedule, especially when aware of urges.
Seek company/connectedness instead of choosing the opportunity to be alone.
    Offer assistance to others.

    Thanks.

Site blockers, motivational videos, offering assistance to others - would help for sure.

However, I had very bad experience with yoga in a long term on spiritual and emotional levels (after practising it for a few years in the past). Only at the beginning it seemed to be helpful.

Lately I like my humor and that help me to laugh on the midst of over thinking. What you write on enough sleep is the true and most important thing.

I would add cold showers too.

I think what to succeed NoFap is making busyness and realizing well about situations after a relapse like before.

Hell yeah, that's a big one! We should all be able to laugh at our silly addicted asses. Wasting half of our teenage years fiddling our noodle to hot babes, feeling like kings with the libido of Genghis Khan only to find ourselves on a self-help forum a decade later. Who saw that coming! xD

Anyways what helps me to stay free is to know that I want to quit through and through. Seems simple, it's not. But once I managed things got real simple.

What helps me is also getting to know the truth about porn industry, full of drugs, suffering, lots of suicides. From the statistics that Shelley Lubben is talking about (former porn star, her films with facts about reality in porn industry and testimony are on the internet) - average age of living of porn stars is around 36 years. They suffer with many diseases, inlcuding AIDS. They usually hate what they do, in most cases only money is the motivation to play in such films.

Yeah. I've heard on the JRE podcast that a huge number (the guess was 9/10) of girls who work in the industry were molested at some point in their life. So there's only a tiny proportion of actresses who do it because they are "sexually liberated and independent". Most of them do it because they're mentally damaged.
Which makes sense right, it's counter-intuitive to display the most intimate part of you, your sexuality, for the whole world to see.
