What is nofap all about?

    I am not still able to figure it out? Is it about leaving porn addiction or masturbation addiction?
    When I was new to nofap the name 'nofap' suggested it is about leaving masturbation. But I've seen some people posting that not seeing porn but not masturbating is not a relapse.
    I've not been addicted to porn as per what I know. I see porn maximum 2-3 times a month but I masturbated daily. My whole purpose of joining nofap was to stop masturbating.
    Please answer!

    I think it can be either. There are many folks who use porn excessively and masturbate to it. Porn is not my big problem either. I’m just trying to not masturbate so my actual sex gets better. The more you masturbate the less intense real sex becomes, especially as you get some years behind you. Do your own journey for your own reasons.
