Thisis my 1st post. Patience is about:

1- restricting urself from doin somethin although you can do it without sufferin from any consequences, so you can
2- get benefits.

Wat do u think?
 
Living in the present and not being concerned with outcomes knowing the things that your heart desires will come in due time but focusing on what you can do now
