How it feels when you do what you wanna do?

  2. It's the best feeling in the world. It just... feels right. Like, how it was supposed to be since the beginning. And you're so happy you have to sit down and relax because your own happiness, the true knowledge that you went beyond your own limits, that you surpassed yourself, is the best feeling in the world. You predict your own future. And as you know there will always be room for self-improvement, it's not a bland happiness, it's full of hope.

I wish you the best of the best and a bit more.

Reality feels clean like cool, clear water. It is uncomplicated, guilt-free, vivid, energetic and alert. Seriously, these are actual differences. Not just pretty words. These are feeling and perceptions that I didn't have last year, or when I relapsed.

Reality is better than any alternative.

  6. I'd like to add that reality is the exact reason you're doing NoFap and the exact reason when it comes a time when you're not doing NoFap anymore, but it becomes normal life, it becomes real life, it becomes reality.

Because sugar taste sweet and porn feels good. Reality is not filling void with void. Reality is not dreaming your dreams but working for them.

Reality is being present. And being present makes you happy. And being happy makes you happy to be happy. Rest is history. When you do what you want to do, what do you expect to feel? Happiness right? Is happiness your goal? If no, why not? Why do you want to quit? Do you seek reality, happiness, happiness through reality or reality through happiness?

I totally second perusan, it's complicated to explain with words, it's something that you feel, that you are aware of, and for me it's translated by a happiness so raw, so unbelievable, that I know with extreme and complete trust that I will never look back.
