What is the 90 day reset?

    I am new here and am curious as to why everyone aims for 90 days. What is supposed to happen?

    I think once you reach 90 days, you're reward yourself by masturbating.
    Personally I think it's better if you quit entirely rather than hitting the restart button.

    Haha Anon, that's exactly what I'm saying, to quit entirely and not hit the restart button. I did think some guys were aiming for a certain time to stay clean and then relapse again. But yes, QUIT FOR GOOD is my mission.
