What is the best approach ?

    Hi all
    I have a severe form of PIED and I am rebooting on the hard mode since 4 months but I am not seeing any improvements , I am asking you what is the best way to reboot , should I stay on the hard mode for a long time before starting rewiring or start rewiring now and how to rewire because I heard orgasm and sex affects healing

    I’m doing hard mode for 90 days again. No PMO, sex or any dating. Around day 60 I felt like my sex drive had returned, no more erection problems and morning wood has returned. Not sure if I would be able to orgasm during sex yet but this has been amazing healing progress so far.

    Personaly I would avoid anything sexual including sex because if you are currently desensitised then putting yourself in a situation where you are forced to get it up will cause you anxiety which will make it worse.

    This is my second 90 days what worked for me was rewiring throughout it’s a change of mindset that’s the key to healing. Once you forget about fapping over porn you get your natural senses back. Humans were never supposed to masturbate that frequently and with such a high stimulation. Porn makes it too easy which is why you get desensitised.

    Great to hear another positive experience with the reboot. I'm nowhere near 90, but I will continue to grind forward. I have a feeling I'm gonna need more than 90 days, but that's ok. As long as I eventually heal myself.

    Just stick with it, buddy. I'm in it for the long haul too. I anticipate being in hard-mode for at least 6 to 9 months.

    I would just stay on hard mode indefinitely that's what I'm doing this is my break from caring about sex and women and focusing on myself to cultivate self love and meaningful relationships and I believe naturally I will find someone but I'm almost on 9 months now so no turning back I see an improvement in my confidence me and learning better ways to cope with anxiety

    Hitto, did you experience any PIED before your reboot? If so, were you able to heal it? Not sure if you've tried, just curious. I'm in for a lengthy reboot myself, I have a feeling.

    I still have it but my erections are getting better I think a lot of it is stress and sexual exhaustion I no if I keep going things can only get better and I'm not pressuring my self to get into sexual situations or trying to figure out if it has gotten better by looking to hook up with someone lol
