yes I am currently on day 1033 . let me make a lengthy post

 

thanks to Almighty Allah . I am on day 1033 on Nofap ,No facebook, No instagram(aka softcore porn) , and no whatsapp .
I will be concise about the benifits .They are what I have experienced as potential benefits or in another language I call it being normal
its what a normal healthy male should be like
1: I am more healthy , I have gained almost 10 Kgs and I am not fat , I dont know where the weight is getting accumulated.
2: I look more beautiful . I dont know if its just what I feel when I look in the mirror . but I swear I get pretty handsome day by day .
3: I feel the love emotions I used to feel when I was a child . like when I fell for a girl in my college . I saw her in my dreams more than 25 times . and I used to feel the love emotion so strong in my heart .its also an agony . it hurts so much in the heart when you love someone and can get her. I cant describe it but its the strongest feeling of romantic love mixed with melancholy and the person feel possessed by love in mind body and soul and never think of the girl in sexual scenario . my biggest wish would be to just see her face and look at her forever . I didnt have those feelings when I was PMO addict
4: Memory becomes good . you suddenly start to remember long forgotten childhood memories
5: I feel at peace and contented all the time and I feel so grateful that I have been blessed with a new life
6: I have become more emotional ,I cry at stuff , like when I saw a person the other night eating from a dustbin I cried so hard like babies on my way to hostel .
7: I have become aggressive and I dont take shit. and I dont get intimidated by people .
8: women notice me . stare at me . even men do . and the women attraction stuff is real . i have tons of stories . and for 200 days of my streak i didnt even know about this but my observations lead me to internet only to find out similar stories by lots of other people . I was shocked . literally
9:I feel more normal and the social skills get so high and polished . I talk to anyone I feel like talking to and next thing I know we are becoming sort of friends .most of the time people initiate conversation with me.
10: at first i used to get nightfall every week . now i get them once every 2 months .
11: willpower increases soooooo much


and there are many other things but I am exhausted right now from working since 9 AM till 11 PM

So did you observe increase in focus and concentration..an increase in intelligence..??

 

Focus always depends on your interest, you would have observed that we can focus on a movie and entertainment for long . Our receptors are damaged so we cant focus more , so focus increases but slowly and gradually. But the change you would see in your memory would be dramatic , I have started to recall things from my very early childhood which I had forgotten. And I dont know what you mean by intelligence , but with much better memory and clean mind you can grab tricky concepts.
